Refund Policy

 

At Services by Shy J, we take pride in the time, creativity, and care that goes into every service we provide. Because our work often involves customized, time-sensitive, or one-of-a-kind projects, all sales and service payments are non-refundable once work has begun or a product has been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If Services by Shy J is unable to deliver the service or product as agreed due to circumstances within our control.

• If a duplicate payment was made in error.

• If a service was paid for but not initiated and cancellation was requested before any work, scheduling, or planning began.

Deposits for event planning, consulting, and design services are non-refundable. Digital products (such as graphics, templates, or downloadable materials) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. E-commerce items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return or refund.

In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
