Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and cancellations should be made with reasonable notice. Deposits are generally required to secure dates for event planning or design projects and are non-refundable. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or fees.

For notary services, clients must present valid government-issued identification. We are authorized by the State of Delaware to perform notary work but do not provide loan signing services.

For digital design, web, and consulting services, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals. Once final files or documents are approved, additional revisions may require extra fees. Sensitive information provided for consulting or filing purposes is treated confidentially and used only to deliver the service requested.

E-commerce purchases are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Physical items will be shipped as agreed, while digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed.

Services by Shy J is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we coordinate with third-party vendors and providers, we are not responsible for their actions, fees, or outcomes. Clients are encouraged to carefully review all documents, contracts, and final deliverables.

All content, materials, and designs created by Services by Shy J remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Once payment is completed, clients are granted the right to use the deliverables for personal or business purposes, though we may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
